The reason I chose this video  is because I like doing DIY projects at my home. I love doing these projects because it not only relaxes me but it makes my yard look very beautiful. Communication in the workplace is very important. People have to be able to communicate in order to work together and get the work done. If you don't talk to your co-worker how will they know what jobs need to be done. So good communication leads to great team work.
